By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

E-Action Development provides digital products and resources designed for FiveM server development. All products sold through our platform are digital goods delivered electronically upon purchase.

To make purchases, you must authenticate through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to purchased products to third parties.

All payments are processed through Tebex, our authorized payment provider. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Tebex to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: • The product is fundamentally broken and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error • The product was significantly misrepresented on our website Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our Discord server. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria. If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method through Tebex.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your own FiveM server(s). This license does not include the right to: • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product • Share the product with other server owners or developers • Modify and redistribute the product as your own • Use the product in a way that violates FiveM's terms of service

You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of obfuscated products • Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Redistribute or leak purchased products through any channel

All products, content, and materials available through our platform are the intellectual property of E-Action Development or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license only - it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. E-Action Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
